Can you eat cucumbers and Brussels sprouts and broccoli on the thermogenics 21 day diet

It is best to stick to the options on your program, which is designed to be more restrictive/aggressive. However, consuming other vegetable options should be fine on occasion. If you prefer to have a wider variety of food selections on a regular basis, you may want to consider switching to the Exclusively You program.

You may mix foods allowed on your program. This includes your milk and a shake supplement.
