i'm having a problem trying to post a reply directly to that so I'll try a new thread
From DH: "OMG you just told my story! I got my box yesterday for the 21 day diet and plan and am so disappointed, I’m crying… nothing, nothing, like I expected or wanted. I’m calling Diet Center this am…. "
Today is my start day. I hope you get the problem resolved.

I've been disappointed too. I actually planned on again doing an in person plan. Despite adds for same place I went to over 5 yrs ago, I couldn't get in touch with the local, still advertised local center. Motivated to lose 30 COVID lbs, last few wks have been going well, but OUT OF STOCK OF CHEWABLE SUPPLEMENTS?! This is "the core of diet center's success." These are their printed words, ie contractual agreement. This is part of the plan I paid for, plus diet kit, plus supplements, etc
