Hi Everybody, just signed up for Exclusively You! I want to lose 43 pounds. I remember doing this program, years ago, at a Local Center, and did well. Something about those supplements really helped. Wishing you all success, and let's keep in touch along the way ??

Hi Jane,

I just joined today. Like you, years ago, I belonged to a Diet Center in my area. Sadly, none of the centers are located in my entire state, so I am trying the online program.

I remember loving the chewy supplements. They helped curb my appetite and kept the cravings at bay.

I hope that you are doing well.

Warm smiles,

J-Alexis

Hi Girls ,
I experienced success with this program back 33 years ago after my son was born. Lost 3 pounds a week. This was the best program I have ever used . Like you there are no centers close to me and I want to get healthy again.I really hope this is as good as the last time I used it hopefully there will be some support for us online.
Waiting for my package to arrive .....I'm so ready to shed this extra weight!!!
Good Luck
Deb

Just signed up today. I did this program years ago at a local center, unfortunately, there isn't one near me now. Going to give on-line a try.

Hi Jane, I just started with the diet today. I also need to lose about the same amount of weight as you. I was on the diet back in the late 80's at the center here in my town in Texas. There are none here now, so trying this online. I did lose 50 lbs. back then and kept it off for 5 years, but then gradually started putting it back on and now I am heavier than that time. But, then again I'm not as young as then, so don't expect to lose as quickly as I did back then.

How are you doing with her first week or so of the diet? I'd love to keep in touch and maybe we can support each other. Let me know. Thanks, Gloria

Deb, how is the diet going for you? I just began today. Never have done and online program. When we had a center here it was great to be able to go in and discuss with the counselors. I was probably much more disciplined back in my 40's then I am now in my 70's!

I'm not too crazy about the chewable supplements this time around. I used some the first week or two. The weight is coming off much slower this time. But, I'm sticking to the diet as best I can. How are you doing?

Jane. How are you doing on your weight loss? Mine hasn't been moving down as good as I thought it would be. I need to get more disciplined.

Let me know how you're doing? There doesn't seem to be much activity with post on this site. I'm disappointed. Hoping to get more support from others.

If you’re still looking at the boards, I would love to be your partner. Doing exclusively like I did in 1987. Lost a lot of weight. I promise I will continue to post. I guess other people don’t want a buddy. I had one in 1987, and we both lost . Am going to start conditioning as soon as I get my kit.

Hi all--
I just signed up for the Fast 21... I did the program back in 1987 and had great success. There is one center in my state, but it is over an hour away so I figured I try the online program with my daughter as my partner... Does anyone have suggestions for the Fast 21 program... I do better with a coach and some support...

Hoping to connect and support other on their journey.

Hi Jane,
Me too. I lost about 30 pounds on Diet Center about 40!!! years ago. Time for it again. Time to get off those child bearing years of weight which I have kept on for over 25 years........now past menopause, the A1C is going up and I must get rid of the 45-55 pds. I went on the 21 day "turbo" diet and lost about 18 pounds on it. I did that to jump start myself. Now it feels like I can eat almost anything after that! Like I can eat so much more! I survived that diet and went to two weddings and lived through a food holiday!
I have found that nothing works without exercise. This is the key piece. When I become a chair potato sitting and doing work in front of the computer, this is what happens....I end up looking like the chair. I know I can never slack on this again. Gotta get out there every day. Every day. Except when it's pouring. I'm a fair weather outdoors person! I live in Vermont so it will be x-country ski season and I can work out that way.
It seems easier if I focus on health than what I look like. Besides, self perception is tricky as it is based on our current mood. If my goal is to never have type 2 diabetes, then it makes it easier and there is less pressure on me to "look" like I'm making progress. Just eating right is making progress!
Good luck to everyone....this isn't easy!

Keep your eye on the prize. I survived two wedding on this diet. Wasn't easy, but it was worth it. You can do this. If I can, you can!
