You’ll also have access to diet and nutrition videos from world-reknowned fitness guru, Jaime Brenkus, all designed to help keep you motivated to goal weight and beyond.
Diet Center's Recommended Activity Component
Weight loss is supported when the number of calories you take in each day is exceeded by the number of calories you work off through activities and exercise. While you should consult your physician before embarking on any exercise program, the latest research recommends walking a minimum of 150 minutes per week as part of a healthy lifestyle. At your local center, your counselor will provide you with one-on-one support to help coach you toward proper exercise based on your day to day activity levels. As an online member, you'll receive weekly exercise tips via e-mail to help support a healthier lifestyle. Each time you log into your program, you'll have the opportunity to adjust activity levels to see how even the smallest changes can positively impact your body's use of calories as energy.

Accountability is the key to staying true to any weight loss program. At your local Diet Center, your weight loss counselor will be committed to assuring that your personalized weight loss plan is on target with your weight loss goals.
