- Exclusively You™ Personalized Diet Plan takes a sound nutritional approach and has been the foundation of the trusted Diet Center method of weight loss and weight management for the past 30 years. This proven, four-part, personalized program consists of four phases, Conditioning, Stabilization, Reducing and Maintenance.
This nutritionally balanced, proven weight loss program has recently been refined by our dedicated staff of weight loss professionals to be higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates to deliver even more powerful and effective weight loss. The program combines the most up-to-date nutritional guidance with tasty, easy-to-stick-to meal plans that will keep you on the road to diet success.
- Instant Shape-Up™ is an aggressive meal replacement program which has recently been reformulated to be lower in carbohydrates and higher in protein. In addition to the aggressive weight loss it delivers, Instant Shape Up™ offers the perfect solution to the problem of staying on your diet program when you're too busy to plan meals. Also designed to be versatile, it is used for the three day Conditioning Phase of Exclusively You™ to jump start weight loss or can be used for members who have reached a temporary plateau.
Instant Shape-Up™ consists of three meal replacement meals per day followed by a wholesome meal in the evening from fresh, grocery store foods. Our complete line of meal replacement bars and drinks are nutritionally balanced, delicious and fulfilling and make it easy and convenient for clients to follow the Instant Shape-Up™ program.
