Lori Duff Director of Training, Education and Operations Lori comes from a long background in the weight loss industry which includes the responsibility of directing the day to day operations of over 43 weight loss centers. She has worked with franchisees around the country to help them build and maintain their operations by closely following proven operating systems. Her operations experience coupled with her background as a former franchise owner enables Lori to skillfully teach, coach and develop the Diet Center team in day to day center operations. Her focus is to continuously motivate while developing and directing new protocols and educational resources available to Diet Center franchisees.

Kristyn Austriaco, RD, LD Director of Nutritional Services Kristyn Austriaco, our Registered Dietitian and Director of Nutritional Services, holds a Bachelors of Science in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University School of Allied Medical Professions. Kristyn provides important nutritional support and counseling for our Licensed Diet Centers nationwide, as well as our online members. Kristyn plays a key role in the development of new products, programs, and services. She helps ensure that the programs meet dietary needs within nutritional guidelines. She continually stays abreast of health related topics and recommendations made by the American Diabetes Associations, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the American Heart Association and more. Kristyn provides members and franchise owners with helpful information through her online weekly tips on weight loss, nutrition, behavior and exercise. Tammi has attended the University of Akron and has been employed by Diet Center for over 9 years. Tammi directs our distribution center, the call center, and all of the product purchasing functions. Mike Zsely, CPA Director of Administration Mike Zsely, CPA, and a graduate of Kent State University, is Diet Center's Director of Administration. He keeps things running smoothly at the Diet Center Franchise Support Center and Diet Center On-Line. Mike's financial knowledge and business experience help him assist our licensed network of centers around the country with accounting or technical questions involved in setting up or running their business. Pamela Zepp Director of Advertising Pam Zepp has over 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising and creative services. She supports the company's print, broadcast and internet advertising needs and manages creative content for collateral, point of sale, internet and special projects including in-center promotions. Pam also assists in training franchisees in effective marketing and advertising techniques and manages related support programs such as an on-line ad management system.
